We want to make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, which is why we have made the booking process as easy and convenient as possible. Choose a location:

Village M is located in Wedding and is therefore very central when it comes to getting to the nearest university.

As with any other apartment, you will need to pay a deposit of two months' rent in Village M. There is also a small processing fee. But that's all.

We would like to spare you this, but if you own a radio, you will have to pay the monthly fee of €17.50 for it. Otherwise, you will not incur any additional fees.

Of course. The Village M is your home in every sense.

We want all residents of Village M to feel as comfortable as possible. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot allow you to sublet your room.

At Village M, you pay for everything at once: heating, water, electricity, internet and much more. You have a maximum overview of costs and can use almost all of our services as you wish.

There is a minimum rental period of three months at Village M. However, we are sure that once you have become part of our community, you won't want to leave anyway.

We don't have any unfair contracts. When your rental contract expires, it expires. However, if you want to stay with us, please let us know in good time so that we can arrange the extension.

We need the following documents from you:
• Photo ID
• Proof of income
• Enrolment certificate (for students)
• Guarantor (if you do not have your own income)
• A copy of the guarantor's passport
• A copy of the guarantor's employment contract

Reservations are not possible. However, we will be happy to let you know if a room becomes available.

Video surveillance and locking systems provide additional security. Our community manager is also a direct point of contact for any questions.

You can, of course, park your bike in front of our door, but you don't have to. We also have parking spaces in our underground car park for those who don't want to leave their trusty companion out in the rain.

You can count on us: our rooms are fully furnished. You can move in with a suitcase. In each room you will find the following:
• a bed including slats
• a mattress
• a blanket and a pillow
• a desk and chair
• a wardrobe
• a bedside table
• several curtain rods and curtains
• a hanging lamp
• a floor lamp
• two shelves

Not included are all additional textiles, such as bed linen, duvet covers, hand and bath towels and decoration.
